- 01What counts as a post?
- One brief with its photos, drafted for as many networks as you pick. Regenerating a draft doesn’t use a new post, and deleting a post doesn’t give the slot back.
- 02Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Billing. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free (read-only once the 3-month free period from signup is over: you keep your posts and accounts but can’t create or publish new ones). Payments aren’t refunded.
- 03How long can I use Free?
- Free is for getting started: it lasts 3 months from the day you sign up, with the 7-day Pro trial included. After that you choose a plan to keep creating and publishing; your posts, drafts and connected social accounts stay, and you can still copy and download them. On Free you can connect only social accounts that haven’t been used on theposting.ai by someone else.
- 04How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe, in euro. Invoices are available in your account after every payment.
- 05What happens at a limit?
- Nothing is deleted: everything you posted stays there unless you delete it yourself. Limits reset at every subscription renewal (on the same day of the month you started). Unused posts don’t carry over to the next month, but you can change your plan for the periods ahead: move up to a plan with more benefits, or down to a more budget-friendly one. On a paid plan you can also add monthly extra posts, regenerations or extra social accounts (on Start and Pro) to your subscription. When your publications run out, you can keep publishing manually, without limit, though it’s a lot easier through us.
- 06Can I post several photos in one post?
- Yes, as a carousel on the networks that support it, on paid plans: each plan sets how many photos one post can have (see Photos per post below). On Free a post has one photo or one video. A video post is always one video, on every plan. On Business you can upload up to 30 photos per post and the AI picks the best 10 for the carousel (sharp, varied and matching your brief), with the strongest as the cover; the others stay with the post and you can swap them in before publishing. The limit applies to new posts; posts you already created keep their photos.
