One brief, a post written for each network
Not one caption pasted everywhere. Each draft follows its network’s conventions and stays inside its character limit, with a live counter while you edit.
Photos & video · 16 networks · AI
theposting.ai reads your photos or video and a one-line brief, then drafts a post for each network in its own format and within its character limit. Review, approve and publish from one place.
Helps a lot with the organic growth of your accounts: regular, consistent posts tailored to each network.
Nothing is published without your approval.

16 networks from one upload. Automatic publishing and scheduling on 14 of them.
How it works
Write the announcement once. One upload becomes a tailored post for every network you use.
Drop in your photos (up to 10 in the carousel, depending on your plan; on Business upload up to 30 and the AI picks the best 10) — or a single video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 10 min) — and a short brief, like “spring colourways go live Thursday.” Pick a tone.
theposting.ai looks at your photos or reads frames from the video and writes a separate post for each network you pick, from X and LinkedIn to TikTok, Reddit and Google Business, each in that network’s style and inside its character limit.
Edit anything, regenerate with guidance, approve. Then publish to every connected network in one click: on Instagram and Facebook to the feed, the Story or both.
Features
Write, review, schedule and publish in one calm place, so nothing gets lost between apps.
Not one caption pasted everywhere. Each draft follows its network’s conventions and stays inside its character limit, with a live counter while you edit.
theposting.ai looks at your photos or reads frames from your video, not just the brief, and writes about what’s really there. It’s instructed never to invent prices, dates or discounts.
For every network, one suggested slot and two alternatives over the next 7 days, each with a short reason.
Pick a time for each network or accept the AI’s suggestion. theposting.ai publishes on time while you get on with your day.
Copy a draft and post it yourself, publish right away, or schedule it, also as an Instagram or Facebook Story. Each network goes out separately, so one issue never blocks the rest.
Publish now is included on Free too, with a limited number of publications a month. Scheduling and more publications come with the paid plans; Pro and Business publish without limit.

Consistent, regular posts written for each network help a lot with the organic growth of your accounts. The same photos give you a post for every network, and you can schedule your week, so you stay present without losing hours to it.

FAQ
The short answers about networks, connected social accounts, editing and what happens when you hit publish.
Sixteen in total. theposting.ai publishes and schedules automatically on 14 of them: X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Slack and Google Business. A post can be photos or one video (up to 10 minutes): YouTube takes video posts only, and Google Business photos only. For Snapchat and WhatsApp it writes drafts that you post yourself, because they can’t be connected yet. Every post gets a separate draft for each network you choose.
Yes. Each post can contain either photos (one on Free; on paid plans a carousel of up to 10, depending on the plan, and on Business you can upload up to 30 and the AI picks the best 10, posted as a carousel where the network supports it, with the first photo as the cover), or a single video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 10 minutes and 500 MB). The video is published as a Reel on Instagram, a video on TikTok, and a Short or regular video on YouTube — depending on length. On Instagram and Facebook it can also go to your Story. Photos and video can’t be mixed in the same post. Google Business accepts photos only.
Yes, on Instagram (Business or Creator accounts) and on Facebook Pages. For each of them you choose Post, Story or Both when you create the post. A Story is one photo (JPEG or PNG) or one video: 3 to 60 seconds on Instagram, up to 2 minutes on Facebook. Vertical 9:16 fits best; other shapes get cropped or shown with bars. Stories published this way show no caption and no link sticker, so theposting.ai only suggests a short text you can add yourself in the app. Publish now, scheduling and manual publishing all work for Stories, and a Story doesn’t count as an extra post.
On Instagram, yes: you need a Business or Creator account, because personal accounts can’t publish through the API, and posts need at least one JPEG or PNG image. Facebook posts go to a Page you manage as an admin or editor; personal profiles aren’t supported. On LinkedIn you can post as yourself or as a company page you administer. Pinterest pins are saved to a board you pick, Reddit posts need a subreddit and a title, Google Business updates go to the Business Profile location you choose, and TikTok asks who can see each photo post.
Always. Every draft is editable, you can regenerate any network with your own guidance, and nothing is published until you approve it. If you edit a draft after approving it, it goes back to draft for a fresh approval.
Most networks connect through their own secure sign-in, so theposting.ai never sees those passwords. Bluesky connects with an app password you can revoke at any time, never your main one. Your theposting.ai password is stored as a salted hash, never in plain text. Your photos and brief are sent to the AI model to write your drafts, and to the networks you pick when you publish.
Each network is published separately, so a problem on one doesn’t block the others. A failed network is marked as Failed with the reason, and you can fix the draft or the connection and try again. Your post history shows the status of every network, with links to the posts that went live.
Nothing is deleted. Your existing posts and drafts stay visible, and you can still copy them and publish manually. For new posts you can upgrade at any time or, on a paid plan, add monthly extra posts to your subscription. The limit resets at every subscription renewal (on the same day of the month you started).
No, Free lasts 3 months from the day you sign up (the 7-day Pro trial counts toward them). After that, choose a plan to keep creating, regenerating and publishing posts. Nothing is deleted: you can still open your posts, copy the text and download your photos and videos. Each person gets one account (one email address and one phone number), and on Free you can connect only social accounts that haven’t been used on theposting.ai before.
No. A post counts once, however many networks you draft it for. Regenerating a draft doesn’t use a post, but deleting a post doesn’t give the slot back.
